"If you want to make good use of your time, you've got to know what's most important, then give it all you got." - Lee Iacocca
Seriously, am I losing my mind?! I forgot to bring my ipod to the gym today, so I spent most of the time reading subtitles of Oprah and the news on the tv up above me... not very comfortable. I'm going to go tape a list of DO NOT FORGET items next to my door right now.
I was VERY pleased though with the run, putting in 10:00 miles and less! I'm icing my foot right now as I hustle to write this and be on my way to acupuncture. I was concerned about trying to squeeze 4 miles in between work and the appointment (again, I don't like having time limitations for my workouts) but thankfully the foot didn't hurt so much, I was able to push myself a little bit, and I can shower REALLY quickly.
This whole week just seems to be like a test of time management skills. Almost every night I have something important to do, errands to run, appointments to make, things to pack... And at work I feel like I'm doing the same thing--trying to prioritize how important everything on my plate is. I feel so productive when I'm very busy and have a lot of things to do, but it does make me very stressed. Luckily I'm about to go get stress relieved :)
Oh! And I've been meaning to share this link from a commercial I absolutely love... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PU23QVETHaM
